Where applicable, a vechain application means an application, usually web-based or mobile app, that can be accessed by users to interact with the VechainThor blockchain, dApps powered by smart contracts, tools or infrastructure useful to the developers, applications integrating VET / VIP180 token payment or VIP181 NFT transfer
Unless the requirement is specified, there is no limitation or preference on the category of the application or submission. The application categories may include but not limited to Business, Finance, Social Networking, Entertainment, Utilities. Where applicable, applications fitting the following attributes could be favored due to its value to the ecosystem and alignment with vechain’s focus and strategy.
- Utilizing VechainThor blockchain’s features such as multi-party payment, multi-task transaction, transaction dependency
- Integrated with Economic (X) Node smart contracts and benefiting X node holders .g. Node status token management platform, market, or applications everaging the node status
- Compatible with Connex
- Providing infrastructure services which enable other developers or applications integrated with the applications or tokens of VeFam projects
Developers own the applications developed and are solely responsible for the legality of the applications in relevant jurisdictions at every stage of the challenge and its completion
The rewards provided do not construct any endorsement from vechain to the developed application, its development team, or the security related to the use of the submitted application
The rewards will be paid in VET or VTHO only (based on the spot rate at the time of the payment), and the participants should check the regulations surrounding the legality of ownership or compensation of digital tokens/ cryptocurrencies in your respective countries of residence
You are encouraged to share the submission (where applicable) and engage with other community builders
